Welcome to ku09.bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users of the ku09 platform and the company that operates ku09. Please read and understand these Terms in full before using our website, mobile app, or any of our services.

2.2 One Account Policy

Deposits at ku09 can currently be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Credit cards and third-party payment methods are not accepted.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Deposits made using another person's payment method will be cancelled

4.2 Payment Verification

Withdrawing your winnings from ku09 is a straightforward and transparent process. However, certain rules must be followed.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — meaning the same number you deposited from
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn

5.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–6 hours. However, processing may take longer if KYC verification is pending or additional security checks are required.

Ku09's bonus and promotion offers are attractive and fair for all users. However, each offer comes with specific terms that must be met.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is available for new users. To withdraw this bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Wagering requirements are typically 10–30 times the bonus amount
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Bonus abuse or using a bonus in violation of its terms will result in the bonus being forfeited
• Bonus offers have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period ends

7.1 Bet Results

• All bet results are final and no appeals will be accepted — unless a system error is involved
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded
• Ku09 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection during live betting

7.2 Odds & Payouts

Ku09 reserves the right to change odds at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement will apply. ku09 also reserves the right to void any bet confirmed at incorrect odds.

7.3 Match Fixing

Match fixing and the use of insider information for betting are strictly prohibited and illegal. Any account found involved in such activity will be suspended immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku09 platform. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in serious action.

• Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system
• Hacking, phishing, or damaging the system by any other means
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Registering with a fake identity or fraudulent documents
• Money laundering or illegal transactions
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities

11.1 After Account Closure
